West 75th Street Block Association

Designed and wrote this site for a nonprofit New York City neighborhood organization to promote its mission of building a united community that is safe, friendly, and well informed. The site invites association members to contribute content: news, anecdotes, photos. Interactive components are still in development.

Editorial Freelancers Association

Wow! What a difference from the older site…the new one is very ‘State-of-the-Art.’ You did a great job with color, layout, and the viewer gets the impression that there's a lot of information available thru this site. Congratulations!

Redesigned and restructured Web site and revised copy for EFA, the oldest and largest professional organization of freelance editorial specialists in the U.S. The site provided members with up-to-the-minute news of organization activities, extensive information resources, and a searchable online membership directory. It also served potential clients of members, promoting the EFA JobList service and the directory. (This abridged version of the site disables organization links.)

Takeda Vitamin & Food USA, Inc.

“I just finished visiting Takeda's website and I can't tell you how impressed I am. It is well thought out, attractive and easy to use. I really think you did a great job. My compliments.”

Senior Vice President

Full-service agency

From concept to completed site: Design and organization, research and copywriting, photo & PDF selections, and regular updates for this vitamin marketer and manufacturer, a U.S. subsidiary of Japan's largest pharmaceutical company. The site was a resource for Takeda customers on both the company and its entire product line. (Takeda subsequently sold its worldwide vitamin business; the site is no longer active but can be seen here.)

Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation

From concept to completed site: Design, copywriting, photo selection, and regular updates for this nonprofit humane organization — the largest horse rescue operation of its kind in the United States. The site built awareness and support for the foundation's programs. (This abridged version of the site omits links to TRF pages for donations and sponsorship, and some forms.)
